Consent to The Processing of Personal Data

1. I give FOTEK OOO (TIN 6660014314), (hereinafter referred to as the Controller), located at Yekaterinburg, Malysheva st.,145a, liter A, who owns the Internet site www.fotek.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site), my consent to the automated and non-automated processing of my personal data and other information to be transferred to the Operator.

When using the Controller's Website, I agree to the transfer for further processing of the following data:

3. During the processing of my personal data and other information, the Controller shell perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. I agree that information that can be obtained by the parties or third parties from sources to which any person has free access is not confidential.

This consent is drawn up on the basis of the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FL “On Personal Data” and is valid from the moment you enter the Controller’s Website until the Controller’s activities are terminated or until the consent is withdrawn by sending the Controller the appropriate written, signed notice on email address: fotek@fotek.ru
